Pre-sales: We conduct multi-level communication with customers to collect your requirements. Our professional engineers can draw layout plans for on-site equipment layout, workpiece loading/unloading, packaging and storage within your factory.

Meanwhile, we can use simulation technology to visually demonstrate the equipment’s technology and expected performance, helping customers better understand the return on investment.

1.What conditions of the customer can the equipment usually be customized according to?

To achieve a well-customized electroplating equipment, customers are generally required to provide the following information:

① Dimensions of the workpieces to be electroplated (including length, width and height).

② Material of the workpieces and the type of plating required.

③ Whether a process parameter configuration sheet provided by the chemical supplier is available; if not, whether you would like us to prepare one.

④ Hourly throughput of workpieces for electroplating (this determines the number, length, width and height of the tanks), as well as daily operating hours (this determines the configuration of heating components for the production line).

⑤ Please provide the layout drawing of the site where the equipment will be placed. Based on your site drawing, we can design the equipment in linear, U-shaped or S-shaped layout.

2.What are the basic requirements for the customer’s site:

① The workshop shall have sufficient reserved space.

If the customer’s workshop is located on an upper floor, the average load-bearing capacity of the floor slab shall be ≥1500kg/cm², with levelness tolerance of ±10mm.

②Power supply：Ac3P/50HZ，380V±10%，220V±10%。

③Water supply pressure: pa=2.0~3.0kg/cm²。

④Wastewater and waste gas shall be separately treated and discharged in compliance with local environmental protection regulations.

⑤Compressed air: oil-free clean compressed air, working pressure 0.4–0.6 MPa.

• Natural gas：8500kcal/Nm3
• Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)：24000Kcal/Nm3
